◆ 連日、欧米超エリートに対する捜査情報が相次いでいる

ペンタゴン上層部やMI6の人間によると、米連銀が発行する米ドルを基軸通貨とした従来の国際金融システムを延命するために工作を続けていたパパブッシュやヘンリー・キッシンジャー、マイクロソフト創業者ビル・ゲイツが、先週アメリカ当局に拘束され、追求を受けているという。この動きは、前号で報告した通り、米財務長官ティモシー・ガイトナーが2月24日に一時拘束され、尋問を受けた際に、司法取引に応じて当局側に明かした数々の情報が引き金となっている。
ガイトナーは保身のために彼が知りえる事実を次々と暴露し、最終的には『自分もオバマも、ジョージ・H・W・ブッシュ（パパブッシュ）の指示で動いている』と証言。ガイトナーの証言を受けて、次に尋問されたパパブッシュが『マイクロソフト社のビル・ゲイツが、新しい金融システムのために準備されていたコンピュータ網のソフトに40種類以上の横領を可能にするカラクリを構築した』と証言したために、芋づる式にビル・ゲイツにも捜査の手が及んだのだという。
この先々週あたりから流れ始めた裏で進行する大物捜査劇の情報が本当であるならば、世界の新金融システムの始動も近い。現在までに世界の大手民間銀行や各国中央銀行の上層部の人間116人が、辞任（解任も含む）もしくは近々辞任することを表明している、という異例の状況となっている背景にも、同じく新しい世界金融システム発足への動きが関係していると思われる。
